How do I prevent two appointments from using the same room?

If two massage therapists share one room, schedule both services in the Resource calendar. Trevo will check whether the room is free when you publish the times.

1. Under Resources, select Add resource. Give it a clear name, such as “Massage room”, and set the capacity to 1.
2. For each fixed-price service, open Team and resources, then Room or equipment. Select the same massage room for both. Under Availability, choose Offer only manually added times and save.
3. In the Resource calendar, select New sessions and enter the times. Check the Preview. If a session overlaps with an existing booking for the room, change the time or skip the conflicting session before publishing.

To let one customer book the whole session, choose Private session under Availability for the manually scheduled service and enter a price for the entire session.
