    How do I set a deposit, full prepayment or payment at the salon?

    Open Services, select the service and expand Payment and deposit in its basic settings.

    • Full payment at the salon. Choose On site and clear Collect a deposit at booking.
    • Online deposit, balance at the salon. Choose On site and enable Collect a deposit at booking. Select Fixed amount or Percentage of service price and enter a value. For a PLN 100 service with a 30% deposit, the customer normally pays PLN 30 when booking and PLN 70 at the salon.
    • Full payment in advance. Choose Online. Trevo collects the full price of the service at the time of booking.

    Save the service. Your salon needs an active Tpay account to collect deposits or full prepayments.
