When does a voucher expire and what does it cover?

In Vouchers, enter the voucher code. If the customer doesn’t have it handy, search by surname or email.

1. Find the voucher and check its status and Valid until date. Open it and select the Status tab to see the exact expiry time.
2. Open the Service tab. A voucher for a specific service lists the service and any add-ons included in the gift. For Any service up to amount, check the spending limit. The selected service or combination of services and add-ons must fit within it.

To find out what happened to a voucher, open History to see when its status changed.
