Where can I find a customer's phone number, appointment history and notes?

Open Clients, search by surname, email or phone number and select the person from the list.

• Open Profile to see the phone number, if the customer provided one. On a phone, tap the number to call.
• Open History to find an appointment by date and check its status. Select Load older events to look further back.
• Open Note and tags to read the note saved on the customer’s record. After the visit, you can add the date and anything you agreed, then select Save. The note will be there at the next appointment.
