Where do I enter my billing details and download an invoice from Trevo?

Billing details. In the owner’s account, open Online payments → Tpay invoice details. Trevo uses the name and address saved here when it issues invoices to the salon. To update them, select Edit details, change the name or address and select Save details. The Polish tax ID (NIP) comes from your company record. If it’s missing, open Company settings → Tax details.

Download an invoice. Open Invoices → Issued documents. Find the invoice by number, date or amount and expand its row. Select PDF or, if available, XML for your accountant.

For an error on an invoice that has already been issued, contact Trevo support and include the invoice number. Updating the company details won’t change a document you’ve already downloaded.
