Where can I read and reply to a review after an appointment?

1. Open Reviews. Search for the author or part of the comment. The Without a reply filter shows reviews the salon hasn’t answered.
2. Each review shows a rating, the comment and its date. Select Reply, write your message and select Save reply.

Your reply appears with the approved review on the salon page. To publish a review marked Pending, open its three-dot menu and select Approve. To edit your reply later, select Reply on the same review.
