How do I set up SMS reminders and buy more messages?

1. In the salon dashboard, open SMS notifications. Under Messages to customers, turn on Appointment reminder.
2. Enter how many hours before an appointment the reminder should be sent. Enter 24, for example, to send it a day ahead. Select Save settings. The customer needs a phone number on file to receive the message.

Check Remaining SMS to see how many messages you have left. To buy more, open the dashboard in a browser and select Show packages. Compare the number of messages and the price including tax, then select Buy next to the package you want. Complete the payment with Tpay.

Once payment is confirmed, the package is marked Paid in SMS package history. If your payment was interrupted, expand the existing order and select Resume payment if available.
